Some of you might have met our in-house mechanic Matt, but in case you haven’t, there’s no time like the present.
Matt is a licenced plant mechanic, with a Certificate 3 in Mobile Plant Technology. He’s worked as a plant mechanic for 12 years, after learning his trade straight out of school. He was already very comfortable around large-scale machinery and trucks, though, as he grew up working on heavy machinery in his dad’s business and found his love of all things mechanically related there.
As a Blue Mountains local with a young family, Matt enjoys working in his local area and having a good work/life balance.
He will be available for some drive in mechanic services at our Springwood depot if you’re in need of a reliable plant or truck mechanic. If you’re interested in having Matt do some work for you, call our office to discuss his availability.
