Tourism Australia requested Dixons supply a forked tree section for their new advertisement that has just aired featuring Kylie Minogue. In one of the scenes she is resting on a lateral branch surrounded by Koalas. The section was obtained from a tree removal project in Springwood with very specific features to be a suitable prop. The piece of timber was lifted by our 20 tonne crane and loaded for transport. It was then setup and secured at Taronga Zoo, strategically placed with the Harbour Bridge and Opera House in the background.
Dixons Trees was contracted by Tourism Australia to supply a very specific forked tree junction as a prop in a commercial being filmed this Sunday in Sydney. The particular scene involves a famous Australian actress positioned in the tree structure and surrounded by wildlife over looking the harbour. With the use of our 20t city crane and highly skilled staff, the tree was sourced from a local development site in the Blue Mountains and transported to the city. It was great to be involved.
